Where do I find my AWB number?
Your AWB (Air Waybill) number is provided in the receipt/invoice when you book your
shipment. It's also sent via SMS and WhatsApp. If you can't find it, call us with your booking details.
How long does tracking take to update?
Tracking updates usually appear within 24-48 hours after pickup. International
shipments may take slightly longer to show initial scans as they go through customs processing.
What does "In Transit" mean?
"In Transit" means your package is on its way and moving through the courier network.
It could be on a flight, in a sorting facility, or out for delivery to the destination.
My tracking shows "Held at Customs" - what now?
This is normal for international shipments. Customs may need to inspect or process
paperwork. Most packages clear within 1-3 business days. If it takes longer, contact us and we'll help
resolve any customs queries.
Can I change delivery address after shipping?
Address changes may be possible depending on the shipment status. Contact us
immediately with your AWB number and we'll check if rerouting is available. Additional charges may apply.
